I stayed at the double room with garden view. Just 10 minutes on foot to Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 underground, was a big plus.
Had to cope with problem with temperature, that upset me.

The hotel had a nice pool and a good Italian restaurant. The rooms were clean and spacious with a lovely view of the fountain and sunset. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our city break. It was well located, only a short drive away from the attractions that we wanted to see.
The staff was often inadequate and not knowledgeable about the area's tourism options. Despite the beautiful location, we needed a taxi to get to any of the attractions.

The hotel was beautifully built and well-maintained. Our room had a lovely view of the sunset and the fountain. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which featured some non-buffet options. the hotel was located in a convenient spot for exploring the town.
The hotel staff was not always helpful, and we had to rely on taxis to get to the nearby sites. the hotel could also benefit from having more staff members who are better trained to assist guests.
